For sex offenders who are convicted of sex crimes with minors under the age of 13, Alabama will now require chemical castration as a condition of parole for those sex offenders.

Intercourse is not the only way to abuse someone. Chemical castration will not stop abuse with an object, fonding, an a whole variety of other sexual abuse offenses.

Also, this might be a solution for the male offenders but what about the small number of female offenders?
